Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at übertherm. We hope you will be happy with any purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for the details of our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us at support@ubertherm.com and we will email you a return shipping label that you can print at home. Please pack up the product in a carton and include a printout of your email receipt (or a note with your order number), apply the shipping label, and drop off at your nearest post office. Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

REFUNDS
After receiving your returned item(s) we will process your refund.  Please allow up to seven (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

REPLACEMENTS
If you have a damaged or defective product we will replace it for you at no cost.  For defective or damaged products please contact us at support@ubertherm.com or by calling 888-544-7127.
