Using the ubertherm wrap helped a lot, and these mean I can use it longer. The tubes/panels let it be curved around your body when it is less cold so I have used it for my headaches as well.

The first gel pack I had (the one which came with the wrap) had a sort of sharp edge coming out of the pocket. It poked my skin and made it a little uncomfortable to wear. I contacted customer support over it and right away they offered to replace the wrap and gel pack with a newer model which is a bit shorter and fixes the problem. Impressive customer service! Outside of that, the gel pack is super high quality. It gets really cold and stays that way for over an hour. The best combo I’ve found so far for treating my stiff joints. Would love to see what they could do if they went into heating as well.
